Most delivery times in the continental U.S. range between 2 and 5 days after processing depending on location. We ship via private fleet, common carrier and parcel (UPS, Fedex, etc) You will be emailed with a tracking number after the order has been processed.
Prime Reagents currently processes orders Monday through Friday. Most orders placed received after 2 p.m. California time will process and ship the next business day.
Other than non-compliance with the Warranty, Prime Reagents will only accept return of unopened product in undamaged containers within 14 days of customer’s receipt of product and Customer’s pre-payment to Prime Reagents of all return freight and a 30% re-stocking fee. No refund may be issued until the product is received by Prime Reagents and Prime Reagents verifies compliance with the Return Policy.
